Buttercups are also know by their almost unpronounceable botanical name “Ranunculus”. The peony multi-petaled type flowering blooms are extremely vibrant in color and very showy. Good as cut flowers in bouquets. Easy to grow and are deer resistant. Unique collection for collectors and Ranunculus lovers alike. Four colors make up the collection: cappuccino, red, orange, and purple. Varieties are individually packaged and labeled. The plants are not very hardy and may be treated as an annual in colder zones but thrive best in USDA zones 8 to 10. Simply replant new bulbs in colder zones or try to over winter them. Soak the corms in luke warm water overnight before planting to jump start development. Plant after danger of frost. Plant the corms with the ‘claws’ pointing downward.
